Three Creeks K-8 School
Jeffco Public Schools
Broomfield, Colorado

Two story 117,000 square foot school. The primary structure is open web steel joists on structural steel beams supported by steel columns bearing on shallow spread footing foundations.  The gym and and middle wind fire wall are precast concrete panels.
